Facility Room Rental Policies & Guidelines
Rooms are available to rent in 4-hour time slots from 8a to midnight.

Room rentals are not confirmed until all forms are completed and fees paid online.

ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Rental may be rescheduled by contacting Kristi Wheeler at (423) 468-1996, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.

Room rentals are for use by the confirmed rental party. Rooms cannot be used for any fundraising, retail purposes and monies may not be collected on City of Collegedale property. Adult supervision will be required for children or youth group functions. One adult is required for every 6 children.


Usage Guidelines:

Set up, break down and cleaning of Room(s) is included in your time slot; plan accordingly. Please vacate the area in a timely manner for next rental.

Loading/unloading and parking for rentals is only available in designated parking spaces.

Furnishings and equipment should not be removed from the room, or any other room inside the building (tables, chairs, etc.).

Blinds should be operated by an adult and returned to the closed position at end of rental.

Confirm that lights are off and all doors are closed securely at end of rental.

Please put all trash in the provided trash receptacles outside. Water fountains are for drinking only; dispose of liquids properly.

Helium balloons may be used; if any balloons escape to the ceiling, they must be removed at clean up.

Do not tape, nail, or affix items or decorations to the walls, windows, doors or ceiling.

Only candles in a votive may be used; no open flames.

Please do not hang party decorations from trees, bushes, or exterior light fixtures. (Balloons, strings and such can be harmful to wildlife and curious children if not disposed of properly.)

No spray paint, silly string, confetti, glitter, sparklers, rice, water balloons, chalk or anything that resembles graffiti.

No inflatables, canopies or tents.

No smoking/vaping or alcoholic beverages.
