Pavilion Rental Policies & Usage Guidelines:

Pavilions are available to rent in 3-hour time slots. 9a-12p, 12-3p, 3-6p, 6-9p (6-9p available March thru September)

Pavilion rentals are not confirmed until all forms are completed and fees paid online.

ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Rental may be rescheduled by contacting Kristi Wheeler at (423) 468-1996, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.

Pavilion rentals are for use by the confirmed rental party and cannot be an open invitation to the general public. Pavilions cannot be used for any fundraising, retail purposes and monies may not be collected on City of Collegedale property.

Usage Guidelines:

Set up, break down and cleaning of the Pavilion is included in your time slot; plan accordingly. Please vacate the area in a timely manner for next rental.

Loading/unloading and parking for rentals is only available in designated parking spaces.

Please put all trash in the provided trash receptacles. Water fountains are for drinking only; dispose of liquids properly.

Please do not hang party decorations from trees, bushes, or light fixtures. (Balloons, strings and such can be harmful to wildlife and curious children if not disposed of properly.)

No spray paint, silly string, confetti, glitter, sparklers, rice, water balloons, chalk or anything that resembles graffiti.

No smoking/vaping or alcoholic beverages.

No amplified sound systems.

No inflatables, canopies or tents.

No petting zoos.
